The businesses of the Fishtown area have organized together to support and grow the Fishtown business community for residents, business owners, workers and customers. Our mission is to charitably promote educational and economical development in our community.
FABA will resume it's regular meeting schedule on Wednesday August 5th at Third Federal Bank at 136 W Girard Ave from 5:30-7pm.

FABA is very grateful for the support we received in helping make the first annual Fishtown Shad Fest a success! We had an estimated 4000 people in attendance through the day enjoying 50 + craft vendors, learning about Shad and the river, kids activities, good food (that ran out), and great music! Don't miss this informative presentation about the future of Girard Avenue. A Streetscape planner will be talking about the design and plans for Girard Avenue in Fishtown tomorrow at First Presbyterian Church.
Date: March 4, 2009;
Time: 6pm;
Location First Presbyterian Church of Kensington 418 E. Girard Avenue.
The Fishtown Area Business Association meeting will begin at 5:30pm at First Presbyterian Church and conclude at 6pm.
This meeting is held by the Girard Coalition and the Engineers Orth-Rodgers will be on hand to answer questions.
